Weekly Attendance: Students are required to attend at least one session of 2 hours per week to ensure consistent progress in their learning. This regular attendance enables our tutors to provide effective guidance and support tailored to each student's needs.

Class Cancellation Policy: Students or their guardians may cancel a scheduled class up to 24 hours before the start time. To cancel a class, please notify us through our designated communication channels. Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be considered as taken, and no rescheduling or refunds will be permitted.

Rescheduling Cancelled Classes: In the event of a class cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the cancelled class must be rescheduled within the same week. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of both the tutor and the student.

Advance Payment: A 10-session advance payment is required before the start of the first session. This advance payment ensures that your child's spot is reserved, and it enables us to maintain the highest quality of tutoring services. Payments can be made through the methods provided by SelexIQ Educational Services.

Pricing and VAT: Prices mentioned in the provided price list are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). An additional 5% VAT will be charged on top of the listed prices as per the applicable tax regulations.

Please note that SelexIQ Educational Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our clients, and continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY

Course fees are not refundable. Cancellation of a course is allowed not more than 07 days prior to the start of the course, in which case, a credit note will be issued to be used against a future course of your choice.

Credit notes will be valid for 3 months and it is the student’s responsibility to claim them before expiry.

Credit notes or refunds will not be issued for individual sessions missed in a group class, and these hours are not exchangeable for One-to-One (Private) sessions.

A credit note is not transferable. It can be used for an alternative schedule, course option or a different subjects or service of the same value

If the course is postponed or cancelled by SelexIQ Educational Services, it is possible to avail a 100% refund of the course fee.

The number of days to process a refund will be 30 working days.
